Having released a t-shirt for the Vogue Nippon x Comme des Garcon "Magazine Alive" store in Tokyo, Takashi Murakami also produced the poster above, entitled "Magical Princess" for the occasion.
The poster comes in an edition of 300 and is signed, as well as numbered. Most are guessing that it is already sold out, so you might want to start checking eBay.
