Vans works up a couple of Varsity-inspired SK8-Hi’s, as part of their Fall 2009 Collection. Both shoes feature a tonal, vibrant upper, sporting a red or royal blue finish. Aside from the color makeup are large embroidered Varsity numbers on the heels, spelling out 1966, and well as matching raised embroidered Vans stripes. Both are now available through select Vans stockists.
I must say that I have never been the biggest proponent of Vans but I must admit that some of their newest releases to date have been pretty interesting [in a good way].
