Just wanted to take a moment to let everyone who doesn't know about this one company that I have seen around for a bit but really has caught my attention recently:

But don't get it twisted, they also do custom pieces for their customers

Just fill out the form online and make your submission; just take into account some of the key comments on the page regarding copyrighted images and whatnot. Also, make sure that whatever design you have and want to submit, that you have the right type of file they ask for.

I particularly like the black diamond pendant and even though they're sold out online, there are a couple of stockists down here in Miami, so now the hunt is on...lol.
