Gourmet Fall 2009 Footwear

Gourmet presents some very interesting styles for their Fall 2009 footwear release; my personal favorite being the black highs with the white soles...very choice.
Here's a bit more info:

Today we give you an extensive look at the first part of the Gourmet Fall 2009 Collection. The LA brand continues to nicely grow the collection, establish new silhouettes and most importantly keep a nice balance between premium materials and wearability.

The Otto and the Cinque both come in premium epi leathers. They present the new high top Nove sneaker, which also comes in epi leather. The Uno style comes in two box leather colorways.

The Gourmet Fall 2009 Footwear will be released in premium boutiques around the globe this week.

A Bathing Ape 2009 Summer Plaid Shirts

Being someone who has never been a fan of plaid, I must say that some of these are really starting to grow on me...so much so, that I can almost consider seeing myself in one...lol

From the last weekend onward, Japanese label, A Bathing Ape, accomplished several things including successfully opening their Bape London Store as well as launching their collaboration with Ghostbusters. In addition, Bape also released these short sleeve plaid shirts in five different styles. Simple and easily wearable, these plaid shirts are now available at Bape Stores for 12,390 YEN.

Triumvir 2009 Summer Collection

Here's the recent releases from Triumvir for their Summer '09 collection. I must say that the youthful nature of some of the prints really plays really well with the rebellious nature of the collection's theme. Of note, I must say that one of my favorites in the series is the take on Warhol's LOVE. :)

In Triumvir’s Summer 2009 Collection, dubbed Wild Days, creative director Brandon Cheng presents an interpretation of the rebellious melancholiac youth of a nation. Taking influences from the post World War II period, the current state of the American morale as well as a bit of Morrissey’s dismal demeanor, the collection is also a reflection of the good times and the bad.

A Bathing Ape x Ghostbusters | Capsule Collection

Now I've seen a lot of people have conflicting feelings about this collab but I must say that the mere notion of someone mixing a high-end street brand and something so throwback as Ghostbusters was music to my ears...lol...and to top it all off, they threw in Slimer to boot. Amazing!

A Bathing Ape continue their collaboration alongside the cult classic Ghostbusters. The lineup which previously saw a release of a couple of t-shirt designs will now make the complete capsule collection available. A release date is set for July 18th, 2009 via all Bape Flagship locations and online. The collection features various apparel items including a t-shirt, baseball raglan, Bapesta sneakers, and even a set of mugs.
